5000T Per Heap Leaching Design For Gold
I. Work flow
A. Raw materials preparation (Crushing stage)
Detailed flow process: raw material is transported into coarse by feeder, after crushing, it will be screened. Not-qualified product(big particle) will get into middle crushing stage and then screened by vibrating screen. Finally, qualified product will be transported into storage. Capacity of crushing stage is 400tons per day.
B. Storage area construction
Construct two stock dump of 32*32m, it should be level, and has 3% angle in horizontal and vertical direction. Flatten after laying our clay, and construct drainage ditch and prevent flood into dump.
After storage area is prepared well, lay out high strength polyethylene thin film(film needs to be welded together, prevent leakage, then add 30cm clay on the film, at last, pile up 20cm sand stone and brittle stone(smaller than 20mm).
Construct intercepting gutter, settling pond, barren liquor pond, pregnant liquid pond, pregnant liquid pond and adsorbing column.
C. Heap construction
Qualified crushing product us transported into stock dump by using loader and pile up uniformly to 4m.
D. Maceration and Washing
After construction of storage dump, spray sodium hydroxide of PH 11 on the dump, when PH is close to 10, add cyanide into shower.
E. Pregnant solution goes through adsorption, desorbing and electrolysis, then gets gold mud. After melting, gold mud becomes gold spindle.
F. After heap leaching, ore dump no needs to transport away, which will become permanent waste dump or re-construct after tearing down.
