Spare Parts
The main spare parts of fine sand crusher is rotor and hammer, which are the wear spare parts, need to changed reguarly. The fine sand crusher hammer is made of high chrome alloy, whose hardness is 62 to 65 HRC, can last longer 2 or three times than common hammer.
Working Principle
The material is crushed through the impact energy produced by the impact crusher. After the material enters the plate hammer area, it is thrown into the impact equipment through the high speed impact of the plate hammer. These materials will be re-crushed after bouncing back to the scale plate. Crush large pieces of material into smaller pieces until the required size is reached. The final product comes out of the base of the impact crusher.
