Product Introduction
Flotation machine are mainly used in mineral ore dressing plants, selecting the valuable mine from gangue. It is applicable for the separation of numerous of mineral ores, such as fluorite and talc, gold ore, copper ore, iron ore and zinc ore and so on.
Working principle
When the flotation machine is working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, resulting in centrifugal effect and negative pressure. On the one hand, it absorbs enough air to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, mixes the mixed pulp with additives, and thinens the foam, and the minerals combine with the foam and float on the surface of the pulp to form a mineralized foam. The liquid level can be adjusted with the height of the regulating plate, and the useful foam can be scraped away with the scraper.
Application
Application: Metal ore such as gold, silver, copper, Lead (Pb), Zinc (Zn), Tin, Nickel (Ni) and so on, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry.
