China Ascend ball mill crusher stone grinding machine
Ball mill is an effective grinding equipment that uses steel balls as grinding media. It is widely used in the mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries to grind various ores and other materials.
Working princple
The ball mill is composed of main parts such as the feeding section, the discharging section, the rotating section, and the transmission section (reducer, small electric gear, motor, electronic control). The motor drives the reducer, the reducer drives the small gear, the small gear drives the large gear, and the large gear rotates the rotor. The raw material is fed from the inlet and crushed into powder by the collision of balls, ore, and magnetic crushing. The exhaust (ventilation) port is equipped with a filter mesh. With continuous feeding, the pressure pushes the material out of the discharge port, and the small particles are discharged from the mesh to the discharge port, and the large particles continue to be crushed. The small surface area of the slurry in the drum reduces the over-grinding of raw materials and prevents balls from falling. Under the same production conditions, the production capacity of the large-scale factory is greater than that of the surplus factory. Roller bearings are used instead of sliding bearings on both ends of the cylinder to improve energy efficiency.
